Shipping & Delivery Policy for Eywa Cafe – Freshness Delivered with Care
At Eywa Cafe, we take great pride in ensuring that your orders reach you in perfect condition, on time, and with the same warmth and attention we offer in-store. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, timelines, and terms for the delivery of packaged goods ordered through our website. Our aim is to make your experience smooth, transparent, and satisfying.
1. Shipping Scope & Coverage
We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. You can enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability. Please note that fresh food and beverages are currently available only for dine-in or local pick-up from our Banashankari location.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed before 12 PM IST are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Bengaluru typically arrive within 5 to 12 hours. Shipping timelines may be impacted during peak festive seasons or due to unforeseen disruptions such as adverse weather or logistics issues.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer fair and transparent pricing. Prepaid orders above ₹999 are eligible for free shipping. For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Express shipping, where available, is charged at ₹200. All applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout.
5. Packaging & Sustainability
We pack your orders using eco-conscious, food-safe, and recyclable materials. We make a concerted effort to avoid single-use plastics. Each item is thoroughly checked for safety, hygiene, and presentation before dispatch.
6. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. We work with reliable logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure dependable service.
7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver every order on time, some delays may be beyond our control. These may include incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, delays on the part of our courier partners, or force majeure events such as natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns. In any such case, we will keep you informed via email or phone.
8. Order Issues & Replacements
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email hello@eywacafe.in with your order number and supporting images. We will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
9. In-Store Pick-Up Option
For local customers, we offer the option to collect prepaid orders directly from our Banashankari cafe. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification. 10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are, however, working on expanding our service reach and will keep our community informed once we are ready to ship internationally.
