Eywa Cafe Refund & Return Policy – We Value Every Experience

At Eywa Cafe, we care about your satisfaction. Whether you're enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in-store or receiving a delivery at your doorstep, we want your experience to reflect our core values—quality, warmth, and trust. While many of our products are perishable and made-to-order, we understand that situations may arise where a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines everything you need to know.

1. Perishable Items (Food & Beverages)
Due to their perishable nature and food safety guidelines, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food and beverage items once they have been delivered or picked up. However, if you received the wrong item, your order was damaged in transit, or there was a quality issue with the product, please get in touch within 24 hours.

To report an issue, send an email to hello@eywacafe.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (in case of damaged or incorrect items). Our team will review the case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, credit note, or refund.

2. Merchandise & Packaged Goods
For items such as packaged coffee, granola jars, or branded merchandise, please initiate a return within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer. We process refunds within 7–10 business days upon receiving the returned item. Please use a trackable courier service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued via the original mode of payment. For credit card, debit card, or UPI payments, the processing time is typically 5–7 business days. For net banking, it may take up to 10 business days. 4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. To request an exchange, send us an email with supporting documentation. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

5. Cancellations

6. Store Credits & Vouchers
In cases where a refund is not possible—such as a late return or use of the product—we may issue a store credit or voucher at our discretion. These can be redeemed on future purchases via our website or in-store.

If you're unhappy with the outcome of a refund or return request, you may escalate the issue to our customer experience team. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.
